Where does the time go?

It's been a couple years since my last post, at least on that site. Time flies when you're having fun, and working, and raising two little kids.

Sea Fair Pirates

The pirates invaded Top Pot Donuts today and we just happened to be lucky enough to stop by. Good thing they were all inside getting donuts and coffee when we snuck a picture. Then we popped inside to say hello and they greeted us with stickers and more!

It's Finally Over

Brent finally took his test.  He's home now so things can return to normal and we can enjoy the summer.

Happy 2nd Birthday Riley

Can't believe he's two. They grow up too fast.

Tell Santa I've been good

We've been telling Ella about Santa and how he's been watching to make sure she's good.

The other night:

E: If Riley wakes up I'll take care of him.
Me: Even if it's late and you're sleeping.
E: Yes. And then you can call Santa and tell him that I was nice to Riley.

SNOW and more snow

We had our first snow of the season and boy was it a lot. Made me feel like I was living in UT again. We got out to enjoy ourselves, put the skis on the Chariot and we were off for our adventure.

It's done...

After 6 years of living with carnation pink tiles, the kitchen update is all but complete. I'm quite pleased with the results. Lots of hard work and waiting but it came together quite nicely.
